Nutritional Assessment/Lifestyle Counselling: $125.00  A Nutritional Assessment includes an examination of the client's current food choices, eating and lifestyle habits, nutrient deficiences and excesses, food intolerances/allergies and digestive issues. A Nutritional Assessment at Pura Vida Digestive Health Centre requires 7-10 hours of research by the Nutritionist. The client is presented with a customized report on their current digestive status and nutritional deficiences at the 2nd Meeting. This Assesment involves 2 meetings: Meeting #1: approximately 1 hour in length and involves a very detailed information gathering exercise. Meeting #2: approximately 1 hour in length; during this meeting a customozed report is reviewed with the client. Suggested food choices, lifestyle recommendations and nutritional supplements are included in this detailed analysis.

Colon Hydrotherapy: $80.00 A Colon Hydrotherapy session at Pura Vida Digestive Health Centre takes approximately 1-hour. This procedure involves using filtered water to flush the colon of toxins, impacted fecal matter, harmful bacteria, intestinal parasites, gas and mucus through a standardized, sanitary procedure.  This procedure is performed by a Certified Colon Therapist and involves no mess or odour. It is a safe and gentle, yet powerful way to cleanse the body and make all the systems and organs more efficient.
